Product Description

The adjustable base jack—also known as a screw jack or leveling jack—is an essential component for system scaffolding structures. It provides strong vertical load capacity and precise height adjustment, ensuring stability on uneven construction surfaces.

Our base jacks are available in solid and hollow types:

Solid Base Jack is manufactured with a rolled solid steel bar (Ø37.5mm), offering maximum compression strength.
Hollow Base Jack is made from Ø38×5mm or 5.5mm seamless steel pipes with excellent performance-to-weight ratio.

The cast-steel adjustment nut is compatible with 48.3mm scaffolding tubes and 60.3mm heavy-duty legs used in Ringlock, Cuplock, and Kwikstage systems.

The 150×150×6–8mm carbon steel base plate provides a wide load distribution area for enhanced stability.
